We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying.

We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
