We have a 1 room in a 4 bed, 2 bath townhome available now. This townhome comes complete with a living room, wet bar, balcony, and 2 beds, and 1 bathroom on each floor. There is a nice-sized laundry room on the second floor and a kitchen off the entryway. Tenants in this unit are male and female.

$515/bedroom – Electric and water are included with monthly caps of $150 for electricity and $75 for water.
