Bernard Hamann

Bernard Hamann was born in the Netherlands, and raised in Switzerland, Spain, and Colombia. After receiving a BS in Geology from Radford University he opted for a corporate career in International Sales & Marketing – living and working in England, Mexico, Brazil, and the US. Most recently, he has served as the Global Retail Sales Director with Rosetta Stone. Bernard resides in Dayton with his wife and four children. Owning and managing rental properties since 1997, Bernard understands the complexities of property ownership, and the need to provide quality products and services to both landlord and tenant.

Bernard manages the day-to-day operations of HOA Management, liaising between owners, tenants, vendors, and the Board of Directors at each association.
